3 Days Return Policy
If you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received , we gladly accept returns within 3 days of receipt for most items in new condition.
- Please contact us before returning any of the items for a refund. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
- Indicate which item(s) , Order number you would like to return and the reason for your return.
- Our customer service representative will get back to you within 24 hours.

- The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie & sleepwear, jewelry, and accessories.
- Please contact us no later than 3 days after you have received your purchase.
- Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with their original tags.
- Please send the item(s) back to us through a local post office instead of express services, like DHL, UPS, ARAMEX, FEDEX and similar. By choosing one of the above-mentioned fast delivery options you will incur shipping costs. Only once we receive the returned item(s), we can issue a refund.
- We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. Shipping cost for the returned packages are non-refundable.
- Once your returned item(s) has been received and it complies with our returns policy, we will issue a refund to you (item price –(less) shipping fee ) at the time of purchase you paid.
